About SWPCP

The South West Primary Care Partnership (SWPCP) is a voluntary alliance of community and health service agencies across South West Victoria, incorporating the three local government areas of Corangamite, Moyne and Warrnambool.

SWPCP works with member agencies and the community to identify, prioritise, and deliver evidence based solutions that address complex health and wellbeing issues.

Executive Committee

SWPCP is governed by an elected Executive Committee composed of 7 – 13 member agency representatives. The Executive committee is supported by a Chair and Deputy Chair, with secretarial support provided by SWPCP staff. Executive members serve for 3 years, with the Chair being elected for 12 months by Executive members.

The Executive Committee meets regularly and is responsible for setting the strategic direction of SWPCP as well as monitoring the progress of current initiatives and managing risks of SWPCP.
